Godquake: Life on the Edge is a fictional story about the essence of everyday life as seen through the eyes of the people in a small, rural Greek village near Mount Olympus.

The story evolves around the villagers’ traditional way of life—their skewed understanding of right and wrong, and a special bond with their ancestral land—as it collides with an encroaching modern society, its technology, and the empty value system it provides.

Despite the villagers’ lack of contemporary living and knowledge of worldly ways, its people continue to display a richness of spirit, a unique celebration of existence, and the ability to withstand the intrusion of modern life, often with hilarious results.
